Where can I see the status of my claim?

You can always view the status of your claim including the letters sent out to the airlines on your behalf. When logging on using your email and password click on History. There you can find all relevant information concerning your claim.

Can I see the claim letter that is sent to the airline?

We will keep you informed of any changes concerning your claim status, including the letters to the airline. When sending out the claim to the airline you will receive a copy in your email.

If the airline responds positively to my claim, how long before I will receive the payments?

The payments will first be received by EUClaim. We will then contact you that the payments are made and ask you to fill out or check your bank details before transferring the money (minus the collection fees) to your account. The transfer will be made within two weeks after the airline has made the payments.

How long does the claim process take?

Depending on the airline filing a claim can take between two and twelve weeks to process.
