If you have experienced problems with you flight, there are 5 simple steps for collecting your rightful compensation.

Step 1, enter your flight details
Fill in your flight details on our calculator By doing so, your data gets checked against the legislation. You will immediately receive an e-mail with our advice.

Step 2, register your claim
Through the e-mail you can log on to our registration page, where you can enter your personal data and request us to handle your claim.

Step 3, we check your information
After receiving your registration, we check what actually happened to your flight. Then we determine whether we believe you are entitled to compensation.

Step 4, we demand payment of compensation by the airline
Once we have accepted your claim, we will make every effort to collect your compensation, even if we have to take your case to court. You can follow every step of the application on-line, so that you are constantly up to date on our progress.

Step 5, we pay you
In case of a positive outcome, we pay you 73% of the compensation. In the unfortunate event that we do not achieve a positive result, you pay us NOTHING.
