Our team
EUclaim came into existence a number of years ago, out of pure frustration. What
began with a simple complaint about a poorly executed flight rapidly grew into an
international service provider. A team of 14 staff, consisting of aviation analysts,
lawyers and developers are always ready to help stranded passengers.
But perhaps our most important "members of staff" are the 42 humming computer servers,
which gather, analyse and compose more than 12 million pieces of flight information
a day, leading to the collection of your rightful compensation.
Over the past few years we have developed an elaborate system that follows more
than 120.000 flights a day, worldwide. This provides us with all the data we need
to refute the airline companies’ arguments.
