What can EUclaim do for you?

With our service, EUclaim offers products to air passengers designed to provide assistance to claim their rights according to EC regulation 261/2004.

 

How does it work?

Using our claim calculator you can find out whether you are entitled to financial compensation. This advice is given free of charge.  After you get the advice, you will then be given the options as to how to claim your compensation.
For pre selected flights we offer our No win, No fee service.  We will pursue the airline for you and if the response is negative, and your flight is suitable, we will take your claim to Court for you. This service costs you nothing up front and only upon succesful recovery of your compensation will we deduct our fee.
Alternatively you may decide that you want to purchase one of our tailored made complaint packages designed to speed up recovery of the compensation.  

 

How can I get the compensation?

Airlines regularly reject valid claims out of hand without providing any explanation for this, simply saying that there were ’extraordinary circumstances’.  With our DoItYourself product you can approach the airline with details of what exactly happened to your flight, including a detailed cancellation or delay statement.

 

Flight data

Based upon our collection of flight data within our database, we can advise you on the validity of your claim under the Regulation. Based on arrival and departure information stored in our database we can provide a declaration as to whether the plane departed on time, was delayed (and if so for how long), or that the flight was cancelled. The flight delay statement is an important component within our product range and will assist you in pursuing your claim by proving what really happened to your flight.

 

What you get?

If you decide to purchase a complaint package it will contain:

    - A letter to the airline detaling the incident as described by you.
    - A flight delay or cancellation declaration (as appropriate) detailing what happened to your flight.
    - An information sheet explaining how to go about pursuing your claim.

When downloading the letters we have ensured that as much information is filled out for you.  You will also receive instructions on the procedure for submitting these letters.
