Advocate General confirms Sturgeon
Advocate General Bot from the European Court of Justice advised the European Court of Justice to confirm that passengers of delayed flights are entitled to financial compensation.

The Advocate General states that ‘Sturgeon’ should be complied with. Airlines did not provide enough arguments to have the Advocate General bring Sturgeon up for discussion. This means that passengers with an arrival delay of more than 3 hours are entitled to financial compensation.
