EUclaim passed over its largest claim yet to Bott & Co Aviation

EUclaim have passed over its largest claim yet to Bott&Co’s Aviation Team in their pursuit of compensation claims under EU Regulation 261/2004.
This particular claim related to Ryanair flight FR3258 which was delayed on the 8th of December 2010 at Stansted Airport flying out to Niederrhein Airport in Germany. The flight was delayed for 3 hours and 23 minutes and each passenger can claim €250,- compensation as no extraordinary circumstances were present. 51 passengers have filed a claim for this flight. This plane is a Boeing 737-8AS(B738) which can hold up to 149 passengers, meaning there are potentially 98 further passengers entitled to compensation under EU Regulation 261/2004 for this delayed flight.
