Procurator General Dutch Supreme Court completes conclusion on 1 March

As stated on our website before, we have several cases attended by the Dutch Supreme Court where the airline has appealed. The question is, if the procedure and law were applied correctly. The airlines’ point of view is that the Regulation was not applied correctly by the Court.

In our article of 11 December 2012, we state that the Supreme Court continues with these cases after the ruling of the European Court of Justice on 23 October 2012. On 4 January we received word that the Procurator General will complete his conclusion regarding the ruling of the European Court of Justice on 1 March 2013. Obviously, we are very curious how these cases will unfold.
