    British Airways cabin crew to strike for two (!) weeks

    The Unite Union for BA cabin crew members has announced a strike that will last for two weeks starting on 1 July. Another failed attempt with payment increase negotiations lead to the decision for the cabin crew to go on strike, once again.

    A disruptance in the IT-system of London Stansted Airport lead to travel chaos at the third largest London airport. Hundreds of passengers missed their flights due to problems with the security scanners.

    Berlin strike enters third day of travel chaos

    Day three of the ground workers strike has started with once again countless of cancelled flights at Berlin Tegel and Schönefeld airport. The strike has been ongoing since last Friday.

    French ATC strike threatened for next week

    Airlines are warning of possible flight disruption next week as French Air Traffic Controllers threaten five days of strikes. Airport workers at Brest, Aix-en-Provence and Bordeaux are planning to walk out from Monday to Friday, while there is a separate call to strike on Tuesday (March 7) by Air France employees.

    The French ATC announce a five day strike

    The first strike of 2017 by the French Air Traffic Control has been announced. From March 6 to 10, the ATC of Brest and Bordeaux will stop their work activities.

    Researchers tested how long it took to discover how to claim by browsing firms’ websites, without typing in 'claim form'. The Sun wrote an article about it.

    The most ridiculous reasons for flight delays and cancellations revealed

    EUclaim hears gets notified of interesting flight delay reasons all the time. Some of these reasons are really extraordinary. Some flights suffered delays due to escaped mouses in the cabin, others were subjected to missing cutlery for example.

    The EUClaim report said: ‘There are two main reasons for the poor start to the year. Firstly the winter weather across Europe has been worse than 2014 this particularly affected Jet2, easyJet and Monarch who suffered considerable delays on their routes to Chambery and Grenoble in France.
